Returns

If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns on products damaged due to customer product mishandling or error.

 Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly. We will be happy to coordinate an exchange with you.

 

Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle exchange policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back and we'll promptly coordinate an exchange of the item. We do not accept refunds or returns on Vintage, one-of-a-kind items.

 

Cancellations
If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We at BWRAPT want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item please do the following:

We will reply to your request within 2-4 business days.

  1. Please send us an email within 7 days of receipt of the item, and let us know what you would like to exchange. We will assist you to work out an exchange.
  2. Items must be received by us within 5 business days of notification in perfect condition, unworn, unused and repackaged in its original packing. 
  3. If the above conditions are respected, we will issue a refund for the item after receiving it. We reserve the right to charge a 30-50% restocking fee or not to accept a return if the above terms are not respected. 
  4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable
  5. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us, your satisfaction is important to us.

Return/Exchange Process:

  • Note the quantity and reason for return on your packing list
  • For Exchanges, please note the style, size, and color of the item you are exchanging for
  • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed packing slip
  • Be more aware and careful with your handmade knits as they are more delicate and can snag on clothing if inappropriate jewelry is worn. 
  • Any returns with damages caused by poor packing or carelessness in handling handmade knits will not be issued a refund. A refund is of full discretion of BWRAPT upon evaluation of returned merchandise.
  • Take the package to the nearest USPS center and drop off your return. We highly recommend saving your tracking number.
  • All merchandise must be returned to:

  • If you no longer have a copy your packing slip and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing bwrapt@gmail.com. Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the product being returned without a refund and at the expense of the customer. You will be notified via email once your return has been approved and a refund has been processed. Please allow 15-30 days for your return to be processed.

Discounts/Promotions

Any purchase made using a discount code or a promotion are unreturnable under our policy, unless the specific item is marked otherwise on the product page. If marked as final sale on product page, it is not eligible for a return. Exchanges made with orders that were placed using discount codes will honor the discount codes.  

New Promotions / discount codes that become available on the website cannot be applied to past orders.

Changes, cancellations:

Shipping Costs
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

 

Sale Items
Sadly, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.

SHIPPING

Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 7-15 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.
